Consultation 1 - Shutdown Management
Problem
Traditionally plant shut down management and contractor management was a reactive approach for our client and a chaotic time. Shutdown management is an element of Maintenance Management.

Common problems were:
- Lack of shutdown planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.
- High breakdown within 1 month after shutdown maintenance.
- Contractors uncertain of activities, timing and schedule.
- Lack of descriptive work packages and materials.
- High cost of shutdown maintenance and low productivity.

Our client achieved the best managed shutdown to date and achieved remarkable throughput capability. Kenny instilled confidence to our client and produced results beyond their expectation. Kenny demonstrated a structured method and Project Management techniques to manage all the shutdown activities and capital project activities. Kenny lead, coached, trained and mentored our client to develop, coordinate and manage their annual shutdown. Kenny helped the client to eliminate 100% of their backlog and resolve more than 92% of their asset defects and asset damage from Engineering malpractice.
Consultation 2 - Plant asset reliability improvement
Problem
The same client engaged us again to help them to develop the capability and move away from their reactive Maintenance Management practice and culture. Our client was aware how much is was costing them and wanted to deploy a strategy to help improve their plant asset reliability. Reliability is topic within the Maintenance Management.

Result
Our client were able to immediately gain value and benefits from the plant asset reliability improvements reducing their historic breakdown from an average of 15.7% to 3.4% in the new production season. Additional benefits were:

Consultation 3 - Project Management
Problem
A client needed Project Management help for the installation of 2 chemical holding tanks. The project had a major health and safety implication with a mandated deadline and a very basic Project Management Plan.
Result
​Kenny managed the Project for our client and developed a comprehensive Project Management Plan complete with design, specification and requirements, scope, milestones, plan, schedule, consent, accurate costing, risk etc. The PMP was accepted by the leadership team giving them the confidence and assurance in Kenny to coordinate and execute the project. The project was completed, 100% turnkey, within the mandated deadline with 0% health and safety events. Kenny helped our client with:
